Online returns are easy. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from PIOclothing.com, you may return it within 10 days of receiving the item for either an exchange or a boutique credit. To make an exchange or return you should email email@example.com to request a return/exchange form. After receiving the return/exchange form you may ship the package to our returns department at:

We recommend that you ship it via a trackable and insured method back to our boutique as PIO, LLC cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please specify, what item you are returning as well as what item(s) you would like in exchange. If you would like a store credit you can select “Store Credit”. All store credits issued will only be valid for redemption in our online boutique, PIOclothing.com, and are valid for one year from the issue date.
